I guess I neglected to post last week, so I'll try to catch up now. Beginning of Pre-op diet: 389 Day of Surgery 329 Today 275 Total Loss: 114. I guess it was 6 lbs loss over the last 2 weeks. Waiting for hair loss to begin. . . . Barbara

Pre Op: 303 lbs Surgery Date: 8/29/07 Today: 228bs 2 lbs down this week. lowest yet Post op loss for 111 days 75 lbs. we all getting a late start IC... ;) Had a "Back Pain" treatment today so I hope to be working out for the first time in almost 2 years... I would like to target between 4 or 5# for next week. been doing the other with no activity...

Pre-op: 278 Surgery date: 8/6/07 Current Weight: 193.4 Current BMI: 26.8 I'm excited. I'm just 30 pounds from where I want to be and only 18 pounds from where the nut wants me. I can fit in a dress I wore for my Sophmore Homecoming dance. I'm completely jazzed.

Here are my numbers: Start 285.5 Pre Op (day of surgery) 280 Surgery Date 8-15-07 (lap band) Current 209 Pre op loss 5.5 Post op loss 71 Total Loss 76.5 1st fill 9/25 1.2 cc 2nd fill 10/31 .2cc for total of 1.4cc 3rd fill 12/12 .2cc for total of 1.6 cc I has a NSV this weekend...I went to JC Penny & bought a LARGE jacket. Surgery: 201lbs Surgery date: 08/07/07 Current weight: 155lbs Total Loss: 46lbs This week: 1.5lbs I'm a slow loser, but I'm also a lightweight. So instead of looking at it as pounds lost, I use the percentage of excess weight lost. I have lost 60% of my excess weight!!
