Highest weight 445 Consultation weight 440 Surgery weight 405 Last week : 346.0 This morning: 341.0 (-5 lbs) Total loss - 99 lbs. I was actually at 100 lost yesterday, but I'm up a pound this morning. Pretty cool to lose 5 lbs on Thanksgiving week. Maybe my body needs a little more food than I thought? Loss since surgery - 64 lbs

Hello everyone! Great job on loss this week! Especially since it was Thanksgiving week! I also had a better loss this week. I'm still struggling with the kidney stone, but eating the past couple days has been better.
