100 lbs lost!

WooHoo on the size 24!!! I have dropped from a 34 to a 28 so I'm pretty happy about that. I had lots more to lose than you. 60 lbs is awesome!! We August folks are doing a fantastic job, aren't we!!!

I am 2 miserable pounds away from 100.. and those 2 don't want to leave me. Congratulations on your milestone!

Good Job on the 100, I am almost there myself!!!! and I see a finish line not too far ahead, I work out seven days a week, and am now even running I do around 3.25 to 3.5miles a day, When I first started the gym back in June I couldnt even do a half mile........I am down 93pds total, but 68 since surgery on 8-20-07. I even bought a pair of 18s the other day!!! I was in a 30/32, I thank god for people like YOU on here who keep me going everyday, and special thanks to my family too for their on going support!!!!!!!! I took my addiction to food and put it into the gym and boy is it paying off!!!!! Keep it up everyone, you are all inspiring, hopefully I'll log on in a few wks to come back and post my 100lb victory!!! All My Best, Francesca
