It was a good week for weight loss (6.4 lbs) I seem to lose a lot more during the week of and the week after my cycle. Hormones... Hi everyone! Wow! Another week down the chute! How time flies!! I had a stall week, but NOT discouraged! I know that my body is doing what it's supposed to do and I'm satisfied with what I've lost thus far. I know there's more to come!!
