WHAT IS EVERY-ONE EATTING????
OK, CAN YOU SHARE WHAT YOU EAT DAILY . I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I'M DOING WRONG, ***I WANT TO BE A BIGGER LOSSER!!***
IN THE MORNING I START OF WITH A PROTEIN DRINK ABOUT 5:30 AM
THEN I HAVE CREAM OR WHEAT OR COTTAGE CHEESE AND PECHES, ABOUT 1/4- 1/3 CUP.
FOR LUNCH SMALL AMOUNT OF CRAB SALAD, OR TUNA AND 2 CRACKERS.
FOR DINNER SMALL AMOUNT OF FISH, MAYBE VEGGYS, OR SOUP, ABOUT 1/4 - 1/3 CUP.
ITS HARD BECAUSE NOTHING SOUNDS GOOD!! I STILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MEAT
I HAVE TO CHEW AND SPIT, BECAUSE IT DOSENT GEEM TO GO DOWN, SOMETIMES I CAN EAT A SMALL PIECE OF CHICKEN.
-----------------SO WHAT ARE YOU EATTING???-----------------------------
I am eating all wrong and the sad thing is I know it!! I have tried sooooo many protein drinks and I can't stand them I am waiting for a new one I just ordered so we shall see. For breakfast I am eating Dannon Light & Fit.. for lunch I am eating one package of Kraft Handi-Snacks..the cheese and crackers..for dinner I try to have some tuna or chicken salad..nothing taste good to me.
I am getting in my water and taking my vitamins..but I have got to get more protein in. Right now I am consuming about 400 to 500 calories a day IF I eat something for dinner and not another Handi-Snacks!

Hi There,
I have been very lucky so far - nothing has really disagreed with me. Chicken, eggs and ground beef go down and stay down. I have not ventured to try steak/pork yet. In the last few weeks I have started to eat much more "normally"
Today I had:
Homemade SF Latte with 1 Cup Skim Plus Milk
1/2 Tortilla Pizza (mission low carb fajita size tortilla, 2 T Ragu Pizza Quick, 1/4 C shredded Mozzarella, 1 Trader Joe's Turkey Meatball)
AchievOne Mocha Java Protein drink (20 g protein)
1/3 Chicken Bol from Chipotle - Beans, chicken, onions/peppers, lettuce, salsa, cheese and sour cream
another home-made latte in the evening
1/2 apple and 1 T peanut butter.
My nutritionist suggested getting 800 calories at this point, and I hit about 700-800 each day. I am getting much better lately about getting all of my protein in. Today I got over 80 grams which was a new record for me!
I have had 1/2 of a lunchables meal, but lots of carbs with the crackers, and lots of fat, too. Good in a pinch, I guess. I also have been able to eat a whole grain lean pocket - which have 20 g of protein. That is the only bread I have had...and the occasional low carb tortilla.

i have eggbeaters and half a whole grain toast for breakfast ..sometimes with cheese sometimes without.
Lunch i usually have chicken, with salsa..green or red whatever is on hand. I've also had shrimp and high protien pasta. I've made meatballs a few times also.
for dinner i'll have fish and spinach or a salad with turkey breast and cheese and a little dressing.
I've tried almost everything except read meat and of course sugar.
If i want a sweet snack i have a small fruit salad with what ever fruits are available. Usually straberries, blueberries and banana OR a handful of kashi go lean crunch.
I just got released to eat more stuff but typically this is what I have been having:
Breakfast: 2-3 oz of oatmeal
Lunch: some tuna
Dinner: 1 scrambled egg or maybe some ground up ham/turkey deli meat
And of course my morning protien drink and my nightly protien drink.
Tonight, I had a salsbury steak. And boy did it taste good as it was something new. Yipee. (little things make me happy now) LOL

I average about 800 cal/day, sometimes a little higher. I have a lot of variety so a typical day is hard to say.
One item is pretty steady - I usually have about 24 oz of Mootopia skim milk per day and that is like 42 g protein. Anyone with an HEB can get Mootopia. Its lactose free, and higher in calcium and protein (14g per 8 oz I think). I get a lot of protein and liquid from that.
I also try to have a serving of meat at least once per day, or cheese if meat doesn't agree. Usually its chicken. I love thai chicken soups or vietnamese chicken soups and both are low cal and rich in veggies and flavor.
My main vice is 2-4 whole grain crackers with cream cheese before bed. I also discovered sugar free chocolate, and that will be outlawed for a while. Sometimes I have Kashi go lean or Greek yogurt. I like fruit and have a little, but it can make me dump. The other main staple is silk vanilla soy (plus fiber) mixed with strongly brewed chai tea.
