A great Workout- Fun too!
Ok, I think I have found one the best workouts you can have. It is so much fun. And guess what? It involves a TV & a video game! Can you believe it?!
Have you heard the new Wii game from Nintendo? You actually play standing up and moving. The game comes with a game that you get to bowl, play tennis, baseball, golf and boxing. You simulate the actually movements. You get to sweating and moving. Tonight we "bowled" for about an hour and then hit some baseballs. Too much fun.

My roommate has been wanting to get a Wii for sometime now. She keeps telling me that it would be a fun way to get some exercise in. So, yesterday I was lurking around on the August board and I came across this thread. I thought she would get a kick out of it so I copied and pasted it and sent it to her. She called me when she got the email and said "see...it would be fun". By the time I got home she had already gone out and bought one. We bowled last night, played tennis, golf and we boxed. It was so fun...and it got my heart rate up a little. So...thanks for the post!!
