meat
Believe it or not I can eat almost any meats, however....... If I eat it to dry, or to big without chewing it well then it comes back up especially Tuna, but my meats have to be juicy or I use low calorie ranch dressing with it to help it go down, bu****ch those salad dressings for sugar, I use the hidden Valley Ranch one and it hasn't bothered me yet. Shrimp has been my bestfriend, I boil them and deep in ****tail sauce that has been yummy for me but I have to chew, chew, chew for all my meats.
Good luck hun.

i dont yet meat alone..sometimes tuna salad/chicken salad (thin cut), turkey chili. i was never a meat eater but have done well with those. same goes with fish, hate seafood but after surgery made a sacrifice just so i can get the protein. good luck. try different ways of preparing it..i usually eat tuna fish/chicken salad on a tostada or cracker, same with chili.
I also have problems with meat! I did try some Talapia (fish) from sams club..
Its MY BESY FRIEND right now. I'ts so tender and cook so fast, just a few min. One filet makes two meals for me.. I've made it with butter, and once cooked in with some salsa, yummoo! I'll give meat a try again but not right now!! I also was able to eat sardins..
HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERY ONE!

A friend of mine blends canned chicken with chicken broth and then heats it - very high in protein and moist - she swears by it. I haven't had much problem with meat unless its dry. I can even do steak if its something quality, like restaurant filet mignon - but reheated meat tends to be too dry. I like to mix rotisserie chicken with creamy italian dressing (low fat) and add some parmesan cheese. With chicken I often stick to the dark meat. Fish i**** or miss, and shrimp doesn't work for me, which is fine because I don't like fish or shrimp that much. Pork is also hit or miss, and ground beef I don't care for all the chewing involved.
I've discovered a way to reheat some meats without them becoming too dry. This works with steak, pork chops, roast (beef or pork), ribs, chicken and fish. I've never had it fail me. I wrap the meat being reheated in wet paper towel and heat in the microwave for however long it takes to heat it to a comfortable heat level. It steams the heat into the meat, adding moisture as it heats. Works very nicely! Good luck!
