Is everyone getting in their vitamens?
So, is everyone getting in their vitamens?
I started out on the Flinstones. Felt like I was a kid. They also didn't taste as good as I recalled as a kid. But they were doable. Then I tried these berry ones from bariactric eating. not good for me.
Then I tried the Optisource Orange chewables. I picked up a big container from Walgreens. I like these.
So, between my vitamens, my calcium & my baby B12s. I'm doing good so far.
How about you?
LOL! Love the "puking" icon!
I am also on the Optisource from Walgreen's. I love them and have no trouble taking them at all. I am also taking a calcium supplement just in case. I haven't started on any B vitamin supplements because my blood levels show that I'm doing fine with them. Vitamins are the ONE thing I haven't had any trouble with since surgery. I take them religiously.
I think I'm FINALLY at a losing point again. I was stuck between 197 and 198.5 for two + weeks. I'm going to hope and pray this is just one of the "stalling points" along the way and that I'm not done losing. I have 69 lbs left to lose.
Hope all of you have a super day!!
God bless you all!

Please all women need calcium and B12 supplements, I take a B12 shot once a month but going to start taking 1 twice a month...If you start feeling horrible it may be due to low B12 which in turn can cause low iron and eventually become anemic. Women need calcium to prevent osteoporosis when we are older. Don't just rely on a multi it is Not enough, I have talked to a lot of post op persons years out and they highly recommend this regimen along w/ my surgeon and PCP, I also take Iron supplements mine got really LOW and I felt horrible, this was only 4 weeks post op, so now I take Iron supplements prescribed by my PCP, other post ops recommend iron supplements, iron and B12 go hand in hand one Low can cause the other to bottom...Just my opinion don't want anyone starting to feel Horrible....
