Weekly Weigh In - Week of Sept 17th
Guess what? Just added up those of us that responded and it looks like we have lost a combined amount of 372! Yahoo....
Keep it up. And remember...
Don't get discouraged. It looks like many of us have only lost between 15 and 25 lbs.
This isn't race. It is a healthier lifestyle. Most of us didn't gain this much over night.
But we are all impatient and want it now! . Myself included.
Skip the scale and only do once a week, or at minimum, wait a few days in between.
We can and we will be successful.
