i got it online .. genisoy.com If you get it i would recomend you dilute it in water before adding it to anything just to make sure there are no clumps.

I am eating 3tbs a meal, 3 meals a day. And I am supposed to try and get 48-64oz of fluid a day. 1 quart of that is supposed to be fruit juice that is diluted with water. I had my surgery Aug 15th. I have lost 23 lbs since surgery and I lost 30 before surgery. I probably take in 500 calories a day or so. But I don't think we are supposed to worry about our calories right now. Be careful with eating to much though cause you can hurt your new little pouch, and plus you don't have feeling in it right now, or so I was told by my surgeon. I also take a liquid B-Complex supplement, calcium+d chews, multi vitamin, vitamin c and protein shakes everyday as well.

You are right. Its so hard to tell if i am full or what. I need to eat less probably!

Hey Maya.... you are doing very well. 900-1000 calories a day is great! I wish I could be getting that much in. You will lose weight faster with getting that much in. My body is slowing down my metabloism because I am not able to get that many calories in so I am losing weight very slowly. I am also tolerating only mushy foods and even then only a tiny amount. So I'm relying on my protein supplements... shakes etc to get my protein up to 80-100 grams per day. Concentrating on getting that protein up and also the fluids is a lot of work! Course then there's the time it takes to get our exercise in AND paying attention to the vitamins and which ones to take alone and which ones not to take with others etc. YIPES! It's like a full time job!

Thanks. I hope I am not overdoing it. This is turning into a full time job and my real job is suffering. I am usually so motivated and on top of things and lately, I just could care less about work, its scary! But yeah, getting protein and water is soooo hard! Maya
