Weigh in time: Week of Sept 10th

Ok, time for this weeks weigh in. So far it looks like we are all doing great! Most have hit at least a small platau but keep being good on water and protien. Proud of all of us. Here is mine: Start: 355 Pre Op: 335 (pre-op dieting) Surgery date of 8.17.07 Current: 315 Post op loss in 3 1/2 weeks: 20lbs Total loss: 40 lbs

Start - 290 Pre-Op - 261 (pre-op diet) Surgery Date - 8/27/07 Current - 243

Start - 317 (ouch!) Surgery Date - 8/22/07 Current -290 Total: 27 lbs I had a pretty significant drop since yesterday morning so I thought i'd post again w/the current weight!

Start Date: August 30th Surgery Weight: 248 Today's Weight: 228 Total Loss: 20 I feel as though I am at a stand still! Anyone else? Today I am trying to get in 10K steps. HELP!
