Started My Opti Fast 900 Today.. got 13 more days to go....

uh im sure im not the only one, but its rough.. i am having a really hard time keeping it down, i gag myself and eventually throw it up... any suggestions???

I started my fast today also. What are you aloud to have. I have to drink carb smart carnation instant breakfast 5 times aday. sugar free jello crystal light and broth . It's been hard i had to have some sugar free pudding which i knew i wasn't aloud to have but i needed something kinda of solid. I hate jello and i was gagging the whole time I tried to eat it. I only drank 3 carnation instant breakfasts due to me eating the pudding .but it is hard and it's only the first day . if you ever want to talk just add me to your friends list. god bless and good luck. jessica
