Need help getting back on track
Hi there,
Know where you are at. The only thing I can suggest is go to fitday.com and log in everything you eat.See where tha calories are coming from. I do portien shakes, but over the past year I only do them about 4 times a week. My problem is talking myself to get back on track.Going back to the gym is somthing I have quit doing for over a year. I have no motivation. I guess we just need to go back to what we were doing at the start of our journey. Good luck an let me know if you come up with anything.
