Need help getting back on track

I am 4 years out and things have been great. But the last 6 months or so I have put on 20 pounds. I vowed never to be large again and I am not but if I don't make alot of changes I will be there in no time. Any one else have this problem if so what is the best way to get back on track? Gwen

Hi there, Know where you are at. The only thing I can suggest is go to fitday.com and log in everything you eat.See where tha calories are coming from. I do portien shakes, but over the past year I only do them about 4 times a week. My problem is talking myself to get back on track.Going back to the gym is somthing I have quit doing for over a year. I have no motivation. I guess we just need to go back to what we were doing at the start of our journey. Good luck an let me know if you come up with anything. Robin
