Gastrectomy

Hi, My name is Kim - new to OH. I am hoping to have the sleeve gastrectomy procedure this fall. Would love to hear from anyone that has had this procedure. I've only met one person who has had this procedure and she has been very pleased with the results. I was looking for a middle of the road procedure that did not rearrange my intestinal tract. Have heard too many horror stories and have a close friend that almost died from complications from a RNY. The Lap Band is not an option - my body and foreign bodies do not get along!
