August 13th is my date!!

I just had all my pre-op tests done today...omg...it's REAL now because now I have my hospital admit pass! I'm kinda terrified because I'm 61 and the doctor had to remove polyps from my stomach last Friday AND dialate my esophogus. I had no idea that all was going to happen but thanks to having a wonderful doctor who said he just wanted to "look" at my stomach through an endoscope and he found those problems. ( I had told him I felt like I was swallowing air all the time when I ate or drank and that's why he wanted to take a look) The polyps came back beniegn thank goodness but I'm still glad they are gone. The doctor said they could have been caused by acid reflux or my arthritis medications. Well, sorry I'm whining..lol..just had to get that out. I'm excited..but I'm scared.
