My surgery is August 29th. Can't wait to start my journey. I have to do 3 weeks of a diet plan and submit it to my doctor. I guess to let him know I am committed to putting good food in my body. The body for life books.
Anyone else have this to do?

That days is my 27th birthday and 8 days after my surgery! I guess it will be your new "birthday" as well!
I know we'll do great. Right now I haven't been told about a diet, but my preop apts aren't until August 8th and 9th.

My date is also August 29th. I only have to do a liquid diet for 2 days prior to surgery. I was expecting 2 weeks.
