Dr. Wade Barker, Dallas -- anyone used him?

Hi Teena, Sorry not to have written. Been busy with my sick hubby. He almost didn't make it yesterday but is better today. I didn't want to burden you with my problems. You are kind for asking how I am doing. I have been eating more than normal (which is a lot, anyway) to compensate for my worries. I wonder how I will survive when I can no longer eat because of my emotions. I will have to continue to write to you! I can't write long, for now, as we have to go to his eye specialist (Dan is losing his sight) in a bit and I'm not even dressed. He feels better today. I never know when I go to sleep at night, if he will wake up in the morning. How are you managing? Are you excited? Only 15 days before my surgery. I can't wait. I am still in the process of finding a nurse or home help to come look after Dan while I'm in hospital and for a time after while I am recovering. Do you have family? Any kids? Are they supportive of your decision to undergo the WLS? Do you have anymore appointments before your surgery? I have one more with the WLS and another with the gyn/oncologist. Hey, isn't the weather great now? I was not able to find Dallaslosers. Any tips? Later. -@li
