For me, it is totally a matter of quantitiy and how well chewed it is. I cannot overdo by even ONE bite or I feel that way. I stick to softer things still. I had surgery Aug 24 and I am now down 73 lbs. I am thrilled. It will get better. take care Netta

Make sure you limit your carbs and check the glycemic index of what you are eating. I find if I eat carbs like mashed potatoes, I get hungry if I just stick to protein I have to remember to eat. For something sweet I eat the Citracal creamy fudge bites so I get my calcium and a sweet at the same time.

All of a sudden this week I "feel hungry" and I'm thinking about food. I really can't eat any more than I have been but I have been craving something sweet. Anybody else experiencing new hunger at this stage?

i feel sick if i pu**** and try to eat that one more bite. everytime i do i get sick. usually throw up too. i had surgery on the 14th of august and am down to 207 from 258 thats 51 pounds gone have gone from size 22s down to 14/16.....depending on how they are made. i am so excited about this weight loss i can barely stand it. oh i forgot to tell you guys too that i am 65 so if i can do it i stand amazed at what you younger girls and guys can do. Congratulations on your wonderful weight loss! You should be very proud of yourself!!!! I had surgery on 8/25/06 and I weighed two pounds more than you. I'm down 55 pounds and my 3 month appt is next wednesday! I'm so excited and nervous. This has truly been a unique journey and it's only just begining!

My name is Christy. My surgery was August 15th. I have lost 83 pounds! Starting weight 430. I weighed in at 347 yesterday!!! I am so excited I bought a pair of jeans! Size 24, down from a 34. I am so glad to read these post from you all that are 3 months post op. I look foward to getting to know you all. Christy
