I went to my 3 month check up last Friday. I have lost 45 lbs. I went from 208 to 163. I'm excited too. I can now wear my daughters jeans. I still have 30 to go.....
Topic: RE: Still feel sick after eating
Hi Linda! I had surgery 8-14 and have lost 60 lbs. I feel sick every day after eating in the A.M. and if I eat too fast. I really have to concentrate on eating slowly. I find I also feel sick sometimes if I eat foods high in fat or if I eat too many carbs. I drink pepermint tea and it seems to make me feel better. I am just starting to feel full when I eat, not just sick. I also think I feel sick if I do not drink enough water. I hope things get better for you! I think we are still recovering, and things will sit better in our new pouches in a few more months. Good Luck!!

Congrats!!! That is awsome! Size 12-14 sounds like a dream to me. I hope to get there someday. You must be feeling great! Keep up the good work.

I know what you mean. I am still having problems with chicken and find it easier to avoid it all together then suffer with the discomfort it causes. I love soy crisps and have them with string cheese. They are very easy on the pouch!
Topic: RE: 3 months out how much are you able to eat?
Hi, my surgery was 8/15. I am eating about 4-5 ounces, depends on food type really. I have weeks where the scale doesn't move, then I'll lose a few pounds. I know it is hard but hang in there! Those scales will move! You are doing great!!

I went for my three month visit, according to their scale I have lost 50 lbs since surgery for a total of 63 lbs. I have lost over 50 inches (hope never to find that) ans comfortably wear a 14, I can fit in to some 12's. I feel so much better...

I understand your frustration. I have lost 43 lbs since my surgery on 8-29. I often feel like I am eating too much or able to drink too much in one swallow. Although I measure my food most of the time and I am only able to take in 3.5 oz of food at a meal. I work out 5 days a week 2 of those with a trainer, so what I am hearing is I need to increase my protein and water then the scale will move. How are you doing with water and protein??
Topic: RE: hey guys What to Eat
Just a quick note...GNC has a return policy...you just have to have the receipt. They will take it even if it is open...as long as it was only a scoop or so.

I'm just getting so frustrated and ready to give up. I follow all the rules excercise and all that stuff but the scale is not MOVING!!!!! I have lost 48lbs since 08/04 surgery. I'm not even looking for drastic moves just a couple of lbs a week. I feel like my pouch is the size of a tennis ball at least and that's more food than want to eat...
