Topic: RE: 3 months out and slow weight loss
I have read a lot of people say to increase your protein, water etc. I know how hard that can be. There are days when I'm only getting in 500 calories. Then there are days when I can get in 700 or a little more.
One thing that has helped me lose a few extra pounds when on a stall was a plateau buster diet. I ate mostly protein for 5-6 days. No more than 20 grams of carbs and I did up my water and protein because protein was mostly all I ate.
I know it's frustrating! Hang in there guys!

I am in the same boat. I have lost 45 pounds 55 including the 10 before surgery. I sure htought it would come off easier. I work out 5 days a week solid I eat about 500-600 calories a day, I get my water and protein in. Most people have told me to increase my water and protein to increase my loss. However, I have a hard time getting in the minimum let alone increase it. I have also heard to increase calories, but again, I can barely get in the 500-600 so anything more I would be miserable. So I just take it that I am a slow loser and on the bright side think that maybe my skin will have time to catch up some and I won't have as much saggy skin when I reach my goal! If you hear any good ideas let me know!

Topic: Sugar Free Oreo's OH MY!
I just got back from the grocery store and low and behold they had sugar free Oreo's. I couldn't believe my eyes. 2 cookies have 5 grams of fat. 3 grams of fiber. 0 sugar. 7 grams of sugar alcohol and 2 grams of protein. Can you believe it? Has anyone else tried these yet?

I tried turkey, but after only two bites it felt like eating thumb tacks. I have problems with chicken too. This was the first thanksgiving that I have ever lost weight! Down 3 pounds this week! 343 today, praying to have full 100 lbs off by my four month mark on 12/15! Only 13 lbs to go! I did sample a cheese ball, then looked at the calories 100 per 2 tablespoons! Good grief that just seems like a lot. I am still afraid of food too. Afraid of failing "again" is probably the worst fear I have right now.

I went to Atlanta to my Sister n Laws but took my protein drink, cheese sticks and soy crisps.. I didn't even try anything.. I was too scared it would make me sick... Turkey makes me really sick and it's very painful for me.. All the other stuff was either greasy or really heavy or sweet....
