Ok I'm 4 months out and I am noticing my hair is getting thinner. After each shower there is so much hair in the drain that it scares me!!!! I am taking Biotin 2 times daily and I'm wondering if I can do anything else to help???? If I take Biotin 3 times daily would that help????? Please anyone!!!!

Great Job Guys!!!! Im so happy for us all.... I actually dropped into the 170's this week....went from 183 to 179 to 176 all in one week.......crazy.....I had to take a pic of the scale and forward it to my family...I havent seen a seven in 18 years! oh my God is good!

Fabulous Job Carrie!!! You look great! I had surgery on August 8th and am down 98 lbs. but I was much heavier than you and still have a ways to go. I hope you have a Super Holiday and Wonderful New Year. Chris Macmurphy

Congrats, you look great... I'm a week ahead of you and down 95 pounds, i was about 50 pounds heavier to start though.. you look amazing, I'm down from 338 to 243 whooohoooo !!! I haope to do some updating soon
