Hey ladies...wow you guys are smokin me too....My surgery was 8/28 and Ive lost 52!...coupled with my 20 before surgery....Im at 72! I started at 228 and they told me that I will loose slower....they actually called me a "light-weight"...ummm....yeah rite...lol Anyway I feel blessed.......if I had to stay at this Medium top and 14 bottom, heck I would be excited....as long as I never go UP! Does yalls scale go up when you miss your protein? Mine sure does...then THAT scares me when I see that, then I do overkill with my liquid protein a few days and it goes back down but man I fear it stopping or going back up...I actually have nightmares about it! I hear its time for our "head-games" to start...so we really need to talk thru our emotions ladies.... Im so proud for each of you........are you all enjoying being on "display"? For me its nice but gets old everyone watching what you are wearing all the time...like today...I did not want to wash my hair this morning and not many people are working this week anyway so I didnt well now its in a ponytail and someone just told me I look tired....I mean....geezzz I dont feel like trying to look great every day ya know...

Im at 72 down (I need to update my profile)....but yeah MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US! All I got was gift certificates to buy clothes with...lol...and boy do I need it... I seem to be stuck in a size 14 right now...mind you that is a true blessing and Im GREAT with that........but my scale was moving again then, I was slack with my protein (liquid) intake over the holidays, and weighed this morning and it jumped up 9 pounds.........wow.........so...back to drinking and eating like Im suppose to so that scale will go back to 176............I loved looking at it each morning... Take care guys! Im proud of you all

you dont take a multi vit. each day and calcium? how in the world can you possible eat enough in a day to get your daily requirement of all the vits and minerals needed? About the hair loss dont sweat it too much it will grow back .In fact about the time that you are noticing the hair loss there is new hair starting to grow already. Jan

Thank you so much for your letter! I needed to hear someone who has the same realities of myself. I eat like you do, and while I have not weighed since 11/17, I know I am losing as clothes are starting to fall off...Laugh! I eat well, like you, I am losing and I know I am doing it right, I feel well, and am commited to the New Life I have, I am NOT on a diet. I deal with the head, the body, and the spirituality.When my emotions get crappy, which happens less and less, I fill it up with good thoughts of what I have accomplished, and the fact that I am a pretty nice person, and that God wants me happy. Bless ya...I wanna be your friend too, hope thats ok.
