omg Judy honey I can totally relate....
My husbands GM lives with us..she is 84...Need I say more...
and we have already been through this with his mom....the hip breaking, fracturing her skull falling out the kitchen door because she/they refuse to stay put...omg the stress is simply too much...
you know I think that is why the good Lord didnt let me get approval when I first tried...because so many things were going on at home...he knew I couldnt do it all and stay healthy and sane...
so you take care of yourself and make others help you! you cant do it alone..believe me I have tried...but then all of a sudden one day you will BLOW!

Thanks for the heads up on Folic Acid...I dont take that...I do take Biotin though but obviously not enough...
I have problems with the taste of vitamins gagging me...so I have gone back to 2 Flintstones (was on Juice Plus), extra iron and Biotin...
what are you taking?

Topic: Help with Hairloss
Hey guys I was lossing my hair a hand full at a time, starting about at 3 months. Then at 4 months I started taking extra Folic acid in a liquid form (because I have to have it liquid) but it has helped soooooo much. I still am finding stray hairs here and there, but nothing at all like it was in the shower or after brushing. I counted it up and with this new vitamin, and my regular vitamin I'm getting in a little over 2,500 mcg of Folic Acid. Another thing I started to do is to use a 2in1 and I think that has helped in the shower also. Hope this helps guys. I know it has for me. Bekah

My original goal was 142 but I reconsidered. I weighed 150-155 when I was in high school and one of my prom dresses was a size 5. I'm thinking 150-155 is low enough for me. Thanks for the congrats. Where are you now?

Thank Sue,
Yes, from what I see on the August 2006 boards it looks like everyone is doing a great job. However like you I see some of the same complaints as far as slowing down. Mine is funny for the last couple months I won't lose anything for a couple week and then drop 6 or 7 lbs in a couple days.
I hope all is well with you. Best Wishes

Topic: RE: I'm feeling competative - but I still love ya
Oh, Jen! I can't tell you how true your post is for me, too. I can hardly look at OH anymore because I get so jealous and down on myself. I'm down 69 lbs but am insanely jealous of the people who are down 100 or so...
In fact, I convince myself at regular intervals that I'm a complete failure at this and blah, blah, blah. At my check-up, my doc said, "Ease up on yourself." He explained that we're all different and even said that the people who are the most active on OH are the ones who feel great about their progress. This makes sense to me 'cause I've certainly been staying away while feeling crappy...
BUT, even with this logic in my head, I still wish I was one of the people touting my 100-lb loss ...
Good luck. And no, you're not alone in your thinking. Peace!
