Went to Pilates Class this morning... OMG! If you've never tried Pilates, you should check it out. It was fabulous!!! I'm planning on WATP this evening. So, what are you doing for exercise today???

Wow, i didn't realize you had been thru all that too. bless your heart... I have a brother that lives here but he's apathetic and his wife, well she's just ... never mind... My other brothers live around the country, Tennesse, Kentuck and arkansas, one in Atlanta, he's great but can't get here often cause of his girls and job etc , single dad... but very supportive ... I hope your renovations go well, we are redoing my kitchen, hubby is truly a blessing on all counts, he's so supportive... I don't know what i'd do with out him and never want to find out....

I started walking right away and have graduated to my gazelle 30=40 mins a day 5 days a week plus i started strength training this weekend on my new total gym for atotal of almost an hour workout.... I also really really push the proteins, and stay away from sugar and high carb stuff.... 30-40 minutes gazelle, and three reps of ten on my total gym for starters..... plus pushing the protein and fluids..... Come on August Folks lets get this board active again......

Made it to the gym this morning... here's what I did: 30 min. on the Elliptical machine Lower Body and Abdomenal machines 20 min. stretching I'm planning on taking the dog for a walk this afternoon, if the temps reach freezing, lol.
