Hi Trish, Thank you. It sounds like you are doing great also. I am technically not at goal, when I started this my goal was 150 so I have a couple pounds to get there. As I am thinking about it I wouldn't mind losing another 12 pounds or so just so that if I ever get back up to 150 I know to hit the brakes and get back to basics. Take Care, Patty

Topic: RE: 9 months out
Congratulations. I am definitely not at goal. I will be 9 months out on the 28th. I don't dare do sweets. I mistakenly at a McGriddle sandwich one day, not knowing how sweet they were. UGH!!! I wanted to throw up in the worst way. Keep up the good work. Hugs, Trish

Congratulations on the clothing sizes. That is awesome. I went from size 28 pants to 18 so far. My bra was 46C and is now 42B. I am not at goal weight yet, but I am hopeful to be there soon. Hugs, Trish

Topic: My two recent wow moments
Hi Everybody, I haven't posted much recently as I had knee replacement surgery just over a month ago. I have been pretty much cooped up in the house for the last several weeks going stir crazy. I had to share a couple wow moments I have had recently. The first one happened a couple weeks ago, I was finally able to put weight on my leg so I could get a fairly accurate weight and I am down to 152 lbs which means I now have a normal BMI. This was a huge accomplishment for me. That is about 108 lbs since August 2nd. I have my next followup with Dr. Gallagher on June 1st so we will see what he has to say but I am personally very satisfied and I don't care if I don't lose another pound. Now for my wow moment yesterday. My sister and her husband and his mom and I all went shopping at a local outlet mall. It was my first big outing since my knee surgery and believe me we were out just about all day. I knew I wanted to buy some clothes because I don't have much of anything left that fits. Well I have gone from a snug 24 pants to an 8 - 10 (depending on the cut). As for shirts I used to wear an xl to 1x and am now in small -medium. The only unfortunate thing is that the girls are now a deflated 34 B down from a full 38 C. I was just so giddy and found it so hard to believe that I could get my big butt into a size 8. Oh well I will stop for now just wanted to share my good news. Hope everyone is well. Patty

Topic: RE: July 4th Mini-Challenge
Hi Lea, I am not on the main board very often and really prefer to report and read here, lots less to get through. Would it be ok if the AUgust surgery reported on the challenge on here? I did not do as well this week, stayed the same...very busy week and although I was exercising I wasn't eating properly or drinking my water, so I am going to try to do better this week. How about the rest of you August babies?? Anything to report! Live, love, laugh and learn, Cindy

Hi all! The challenge now has almost 90 members participating. ALL notes/posts regarding this group are posted to the main message board. Roll Call posts are on the main board on Mondays and are reposted for a day or so to get everyone's input. They all have "July 4th Mini-Challenge: Roll Call" as the subject line. I can try to remember to post a note over here too, but I can't make any promises. You are also welcome to PM me your info each week via the link here to send me a private message... That will work too! Hugs, Lea
