I'm taking my well deserved seat on the losers' bench on Aug. 1 as many of us are. I just wanted to make a blanket post to all of my buddies that are having surgery next week. It's coming fast, but not fast enough! You're all in my prayers and I'm excited for all of us! Best wishes for a speedy, uneventful recovery.

we are going to do great.I saw several women at my doc's office who were less than a week post-op,and they were wearing jeans and normal clothes...walking a little slowly,but otherwise looked...well...normal.I'm not afraid anymore.

i work all the way up till the day before also. I figure it will keep my mind off things!!!

I have been in the process a LONG time (almost 2 years) and my date is also August 1st, so less than a wekk!
I know what you mean about the waiting - it seems like it is forever!
