Topic: RE: How about chocolate?
I have been drinking chocolate protein drinks from the beginning. I do have to drink sips throughout the day or my stomach feels a bit sick. The EAS ones are not too bad!

Topic: RE: Fat free refried beans
FYI I just read your posts and got curious. I went to Wendy's and Taco Bell websites. Info as follows: Small chili @ Wendys: has 220 cal; 6.0 g fat, 23 carbs and 17 g protein Taco bell refried beans: 120 cal, 2.5g fat 17g carbs and 6g protein Personally, I can only eat 1/3 of the chili at wendys. But so worth it. Also, Hormel chili is loaded with protein. Vegetarian with beans is awesome ! I find that I can do better on refried beans that I buy in the store as far as protein goes. take care

Hi everyone. I had surgery on 8/22 and have lost 25 lbs since then. However, I havent' had the scale move since my two week checkup. Everyone says this is the norm, so I am just going to keep on my program that my surgeon and nut reccomends and take it from there. Best of luck to all....

Is there any warning against chocolate flavored protein drinks? I have a half case of eas lo carb, no sugar, ready mixed drinks but they are chocolate fudge. Does anyone know if that will irritate the pouch? Jo

I know what you mean, Tri****ake 2 multivitamins, 2 calcium citrates, biotin, zinc (for hair loss), & a B complex every day. BUt I don't want to end up with problems down the road, so I just swallow pills all day. Don't sweat not getting all your protein in right now. You will be able to fit more in as everything heals. Have a great day! Dar

I love the Isopure. I mix a little packet of splenda and ice blend and enjoy it very well. I cant get in the protein very well and I know that this is the only way that i can get any in.
