July 4th Mini-Challenge
Hi Lea, couldn't find the post on the main board, and know I won't be around this evening to report so here goes.
Starting weight for challenge - 200
This morning - 195
Loss= -5
How I did it? Well, I started a chart and a list on last Thursday (week and 3 days ago) with 3 things, drinking water, exercising and limitting snack foods. I think where I did the most was the exercising, I was really busy and active this last week and it definately helped.

The challenge now has almost 90 members participating. ALL notes/posts regarding this group are posted to the main message board. Roll Call posts are on the main board on Mondays and are reposted for a day or so to get everyone's input. They all have "July 4th Mini-Challenge: Roll Call" as the subject line. I can try to remember to post a note over here too, but I can't make any promises. You are also welcome to PM me your info each week via the link here to send me a private message... Hi Lea, I am not on the main board very often and really prefer to report and read here, lots less to get through. Would it be ok if the AUgust surgery reported on the challenge on here?
I did not do as well this week, stayed the same...very busy week and although I was exercising I wasn't eating properly or drinking my water, so I am going to try to do better this week.
How about the rest of you August babies?? Anything to report!
