anyone start around 213? where are you now?
I started at 219 and am now 142. I buy the individual cups of cottage cheese 1/2 cup has 12g protein I add a snack size no sugar added fruit like peaches, mandarin oranges or pineapple. that's breakfast, cheese stick snack 9 g of protein, lean cuisine or ww entree I just eat the meat part usually around 15g of protein,
1/2 cup of yogurt and a cheese stick together will make me feel really stuffed and uncomfortable.
My toughest areas eating slowly and waiting 30 minutes after to drink
