100 inches lost and gone forever!
Hi gang!
I know that many of you (especially folks considered "lightweights") may not HAVE 100 inches you need to lose. I still have a lot more to lose! BUT, as of yesterday, I have documented loss of 100 inches from all over my body! I did not start measuring till I'd already lost about 40 pounds, so it is actually more than that, but it is a HUGE landmark for me in my WLS journey! I can honestly say that it feel even better than losing the first 100 pounds and reaching the century mark!
As I'd become the queen of stalls lately, it felt really good to see this sort of progress in the inches department in an almost 2 month period with minimal weight loss!
Hugs,
Lea
I printed out a chart from
http://www.thinnerself.com/files/Expect_Chart-Inches-BP-52.htm#Inch%20Charts:
It has boxes for a BUNCH of stuff!
neck
chest
bust
midriff
waist
hips
thigh
calf
ankle
bicep
forearm
wrist
I think that is it.... Oh, and don't forget to double your thigh, calf, ankle, bicep, forearm, and wrist measurements when you are adding up your total! You don't lose inches off of just one arm or one leg usually! LOL

That is wonderful! I have been stalled in the weight loss department for about 2 weeks and it is driving me crazy..... however, I was able to get into a smaller size even with no loss of weight so I know my body is still working on things even if the scale doesn't show it.
I didn't take measurements before I started this adventure. I did take a picture the morning of surgery. I still don't see the major change when I look in the mirror. I do see all the extra sagging skin, but I still see me as fat in the mirror.
