open RNY 8-8-06

almost 7 months out on March 8th...I have changed alot of my eating habilts. I still can only eat limited amounts. I will exercise more now that its getting warmer. My sister is 21/2 yrs out and is maintaining..We will succeed! best to all....Sue.
