Exercise 1/31/07
Went to the gym this morning. Here is what I did:
- 30 min. treadmill
- toning (legs and abdominals)
- 20 min. stretching
I'm starting to feel the muscles that I've been working, but in a good way! My trainer told me today that I should try to up my water intake since the muscles were going to require more water.
So... what did you do today? Are you getting your water in? Is exercising becoming easier?
