80 POUND GONE FOR CHRISTMAS

Well its been 4 months now and im down 80 pounds what a great christmas gift I feel great

Congratulations! I had surgery 8/29 and am down ~55 pounds...you're smokin' me!

Im at 72 down (I need to update my profile)....but yeah MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US! All I got was gift certificates to buy clothes with...lol...and boy do I need it... I seem to be stuck in a size 14 right now...mind you that is a true blessing and Im GREAT with that........but my scale was moving again then, I was slack with my protein (liquid) intake over the holidays, and weighed this morning and it jumped up 9 pounds.........wow.........so...back to drinking and eating like Im suppose to so that scale will go back to 176............I loved looking at it each morning... Take care guys! Im proud of you all
