Almost 4 months out now and holding down foods much better..Introducing new foods slowly to the new pouch. How is everyone doing with exercise??? I just cant get going with a good program, any incentives???or a good videos out on exercise?...Thanks.

Sue.. I had my RNY 08/29/06, for the first month, I focused on my eating. In month two & three, I worked out about 3-4 times a week. Now I'm going on my 4th month and am down over 70lbs. Waiting any day to be in onederland, now at 202lbs. I've stalled for about two weeks now and haven't worked out this last month due to work related stress. I usually eat / drink between 200-400 cals a day and try my best to walk everywhere. I park my car far, I park my car far in my works garage, I run more errans, etc... Try your best to keep moving whether you work out at a gym or just stay away from the TV as much as possible. Best of luck to you! Carrie
