Three months post-op

I went for my three month visit, according to their scale I have lost 50 lbs since surgery for a total of 63 lbs. I have lost over 50 inches (hope never to find that) ans comfortably wear a 14, I can fit in to some 12's. I feel so much better...

Congrats!!! That is awsome! Size 12-14 sounds like a dream to me. I hope to get there someday. You must be feeling great! Keep up the good work.

My 3 month check up is on Wednesday but I saw my pcp a couple of weeks ago. I started my journey at 285 and now I'm 230. I can't remember the last time I was 230! I can't wait until I get to 200!!!

I forgot to say congratulations! This is an awesome journey for us! I hope to be able to fit in 12's one day!

CONGRATS TO YOU! same here....started at 248 highest....228 at surgery and I weighed 190 at my followup..........they were happy........I was too I just wanted that freakin scale to register in the 180's............but hey I had on size 14 jeans on that scale so I was HAPPY! Isnt that surreal......... I find myself getting ill cause I have NO CLOTHES to wear then I do a brain check and Im like HELLO you are wearing a 14 Pam.........you havent worn that in 19 years...so who cares...lol God is so good!
