3 month check up

Had my 3 month check up today. I'm down to 217 from 283. That's -66 lbs. I'm so excited. Carol

Congratulations on your wonderful weight loss! You should be very proud of yourself!!!! I had surgery on 8/25/06 and I weighed two pounds more than you. I'm down 55 pounds and my 3 month appt is next wednesday! I'm so excited and nervous. This has truly been a unique journey and it's only just begining!

I went to my 3 month check up last Friday. I have lost 45 lbs. I went from 208 to 163. I'm excited too. I can now wear my daughters jeans. I still have 30 to go.....
