Exercise
Finally after almost a week I got myself to the Y and water walked for about 40 minutes. At the time I didn't think I was doing anything but let me tell you my knees hurt now so I must of done something. Plus you would think that sheer panic in the deep end would burn more calories. I may take swim lessons the next session. I'd love to learn to swim and they are only offered in the morning. I will need to take them before I go back to work. I figure I'll start looking the first of the year. I'm on disability now but should be able to work soon.
