PMSing...GOt the munchies

Hey all. I am pmsing really bad and have the munchies. Craving sweets and anything else. And of course I cant having thing. Anyone have any suggestions.

Sugar free pudding? That helps me with chocolate cravings. Sugar free hot cocoa? I got some really good Breyers no sugar added low fat ice cream that tastes pretty good. Also, up the exercise to release the endorphins. That could help ease those cravings. And try to increase your water intake, which I know sucks but it could help as well. Hugs, Trish
