hey what kind of excersizing is everyone doing, as for myself im doing the curves thing 4 times a week and walking on the treadmill for 2 miles a day cept sunday ,, i give myself off...........
I'm going to the gym 4-5 times a week, doing 40 min. or so of cardio between the treadmill and the elliptical, and then circuit training. One day I do legs and back and the next time I do arms, shoulders and chest.
