Need to find Houston Dr. to perform first fill. Surgery was done in Mexico. Help!!

I had planned to go back to Mexico for my first fill but due to scheduling problems I won't be able to go. Does anyone know of a doctor that is willing to work with patients that had surgery elsewhere? Thanks!!!
