Thought I would share....
Had a WONDERFUL day today! 
Had my first follow-up appointments post-surgery, and they couldn't have gone better....I have lost 13.5 lbs. since the morning of surgery, eight days ago, and a total loss of 44.7 lbs. since I began working with the Wellness Institute since May, 2005....I couldn't be more thrilled! The surgeon thought I looked great and said that no one would believe I had major surgery one week ago....that was wonderful to hear! Most likely will begin work next week Tuesday and will take it easy and only do half days or come home early if needed.....will play it by ear.
