1 week post op

I went to the Dr. today and could not believe what I was hearing I had lost 20lbs in 8 days im so happy

Thanks so much its been hard but 'm hanging in there the protein shakes are very hard the make my stomache upset

ONE week out and 20 pounds....OMG! We dont have checkups with our doctors until 2 weeks out..... So you doing protein already.......I am too.....Im one week out tomorrow! What EXACTLY have you been doing so far...man that is great!
