OK I went to the Dentist tonight & sat in the chari. Usually the right arm rest does not come close to my body it sticks out a litte. Well today it closed ALL the way & I still had room. YEAH!!!
I am so dancing & rolling all around.

My loss so far seems to be only in my legs and feet. I can't wait to notice it in my upper and mid section...and some flab off my arms would be nice...
