A MUST READ PROFILE FOR ALL WLS'ERS

Hey you guys....I just happened to come across this profile a couple of days ago....and it has made all the difference in my confidence for making this surgery work for me. I didn't truly understand the concept of the pouch being a "tool". I thought I did...but I was wrong...this profile tells you EXACTLY what you should be doing to make the pouch work for you and not against you.
