It is frustrating, this flucutating weight stuff, isn't it! Well, Carolyn, I believe it has still been worth it all for myself. Even with the crazy scales. I believe you are right, how could you have gained 5 pounds in that short of a period...I'd keep track by your scale instead of the docs since that's what you've been doing. sometimes their calabrations get off. Well, hope you have a very Merry Christmas. I'm a lot down in the dumps today...but I'm sure to be over it before the weekend. Long story for another time, I guess! Lori
