Believe me...the feelings are mutual. You all keep me going & on track. We'll get those last 25 lbs off together.
It is sooo important for all of us being this far out of surgery to continue to honest with ourselves & to continue to use the tool that we've been given properly.

I agree with you 100% on getting back to the basics. You are such a wonderful person and you really have a wonderful spirit. I've gain a couple of pounds in the last 3 days but it's water. My goal is to lose these last 25 pounds and to maintain my weight. Tammy I really enjoy reading your postings they make me stay true to myself and help me stay positive.

Glad to hear you're doing well. Think we've all been so busy lately that it's been hard to get on the boards. Lets try to make it a point to remember how important this board is to our success. I know I'm going to push myself to post in the New Year.

i also agree! i feel the same way. everyone in this group means so very much to me! i love the cards and i keep looking at them all the time....actually the only cards i received this year came from all of you, and i have plenty! Heres to everyone reaching or maintaining goal in the year of 2007 and for LIFE!
