i went to the dr yesterday and he said he thought it was a accumulation of blood and fluids causing my pain and one breast to be larger than the other. he wanted to do a mri but wasnt sure if insurance would pay for it, so we decided to wait. i go back on april 30th, and if the swelling and pain is still there or gets worse, he has to go in and do surgery to drain it. he said it will put me back to square 1 with recovery so i think we will wait and see. thank you all for all the well wishes and i actually feel a little bit better today. i love u all! kim

How have y'all been? I have been reading the updates - Hi Lori, Dawn, Kim, Tammy, Ang, Diana, & the oher Lori - how were your holidays? I saw my family Palm Sunday and yesterday I spent with my son & his girlfriend. Tomorrow my son turns 22! Where the hell did it go? AND every year the Easter Bunny still comes and this year, I think the cat noticed him leaving eggs on the floor and in Jays bedroom and was looking for him under the bed! My group held our 2nd annual WLS Makeover Fashion Show- I was in it- and I know I looked better than last year- but I still felt bigger than most losers - I'm a 14 and wanna be a TEN! Grrrr! Its my head that is so critical of me sometimes..I continue working out doing cardio and have a personal trainer working with me 2x week. He is so encouraging and keeps tellin me that soon - I will be lifting more weight than most men in the gym- LOL. I can see and feel the muscles I've build and I flex a lot in my bathroom mirror- cause I can't believe my back & rotator cuff muscles. You can't see them when you are working out- but they sure look good in a mirror! We also modeled FUR COATS this time- and I wore two beautiful sheared beavers- one chocolate coat and another red /brown toned jacket with fox fur- they felt like butter on your fingers..OMG and a few of my friends wore mink and one wore *****illa. It was simply amazing! Also- I have an appt with the PS this Thursday- my first consult - I need and want to lipo - under my arms and in my tummy area. Eventually I will need my boobs done and prob a lower body lift or butt lift. My girlfriend had the PS done in Manhattan- paid it herself - and through a clinic with one of the hosptials- she had her panni removed and BA- with or without the implants it was the same price- and she only paid $3000- and was home in 2 days and out and about in 2 weeks. It was the chief resident who performed the surgery- I will have to find out where. My PS is on LI and told me Lipo is like $5000. No matter how much I exercise and build muscle- my arms will always have wings & I can loose inches around my hips and tummy- but Im losing it on my butt. The visceral fat in the tummy area is the hardest to lose- and Im tired of not being able to fit into size 12- because of @15lbs of fat.. (don't know exactly how much- but thats what it looks like) so anyway..it just keeps getting in my way with bathing suits and pants etc.. so I am having my consult this Thursday AND LEAVING 4 VEGA$$$$ $ATURDAY!!! I have tickets to see Ray Romano & Brad Garret doing stand up together and Elton John at Caesars.. I may go see Howie Mandel another night- its goign to be fun- and yup Im going alone OH and one other thing- I went back to being BLONDE over the weekend- so when I have new pics of me being tan and single & fabulous in VEGA$$ I will post them!!!!!! So I am still in the 190s and working out and the last 2 days I made fair choices.. ate appropriate dinner and had dessert- for my son's birthday!! I've been as good as I can be!! LOL!! Hugs Donna

Hi Kim!! I will keep you very much in my prayers this weekend - God bless you for doing so much with 3 kids and no help.. I am sorry to hear of your discomfort ..just know in several weeks- this will be gone and you will have so much MORE pleasant things like BOOBS to show off..and if your husband gets any ideas about more kids - whack him once on the side of the head Have a good weekend and keep on those pain killers and get some rest.
