Good morning. Still filling in for the fearless leader Tammy who is off to the OH regional convention in Lovely Pittsburgh. Home of the Three Rivers Stadium (can you name the 3 rivers?) and home of the Steelers (I'm a Dallas Cowboy fan). Exercise for today. I have 30 minutes in this morning. Plan on 30 minutes in this evening. Still challenging everyone to get up and get moving. Post what you are doing and give some encouragement to others. NOW DRILL SARGENT! Hi Pam, Okay so I have been bad about updating... but I have been traveling so its okay... Just to update Tuesday I ran 4 miles in about 45 min then swam for about 20 more.... Wednesday morning- ran 3 miles and did weights Wednesday PM ran 4 miles in 45 min then swam for about 15.... Thursday Ran 4 miles this AM in 50 min (i was still tired from yesterday!) Eating while I have been traveling, has been tough, but I have been really good... staying under 1000 calories daily! I hope I have lost a few this week... I was stuck in the upper 170's range for a while and I am down in the 172 area... I am hopeing to hit the 165 mark by the end of the month! Keep up the good work ladies! Bridget

OK Pam, I got up at 5 am and went to the gym and ran 2 miles this morning. Diana 263/165/135 or 145 since I have not lost a lb in weeks.

Hi ladies, No exercise for me last night either. I have a terrible head cold and no energy at all. My scale is back up to 199.5 so that gives me the motivation, just not the energy! I'll try to get back on track (or treadmill=)) tonight. Debbi 289/199.5/185/165

You're too funny..... I'm used to the cold living in the snow belt of NY. We got 76 inches of snow in 48 hours a couple years ago. FUN FUN.... You're doing awesome with your exercise.....GREAT JOB..... It's funny, I've traveled more this year than I have in the last 10 years combined... Must be all this extra energy... Hi busy lady. Exercise today 30 mins am. 40 mins pm. Still trying to still to 2x per day. Even if its just 15 mins. Have fun in Pittsburgh. The last time I was there it was like 20 below in February a few years back. There was a hockey game going on at the stadium and people were walking around in wind breakers. Will this Texas girl couldn't handle it. I was bundled up like an Eskimo. (they knew I was from out of town). I loved the city. I guess because I don't see many tunnels and 3 rivers running thur downtown in Texas! Have fun. Pam.
