Thanks for posting this yesterday. I didn't even get on my computer yesterday.... I didn't walk yesterday, but I did go to JC Penney & Wal-Mart & walked around those stores for about an hour each....
Great job on your goal reward....HOW FUN.................

Pam,
This is beautiful. Life is so precious. I lost my Mom when I was a very young 24 years old. I was unbelievably close to her & I work really hard to make the same bond with my girls.
Hope you had a wonderful Mothers Day

Topic: Day 14 Exercise
Hi all,
I hope everyone was able to get out and exercise with your family as you celebrated Mother's Day either with your children or your mother. I rode my bike to the outlet center about 2 miles away to buy myself a "reached my goal" outfit.

Excellent Dawn,
I have been in that snacking mode lately too and am so close to the 100 pound mark, but just can't get over it. I need to follow your lead
Way to go
Take care

My Mother's day tribute.
My mom has always loved me so unconditionally. She told me I was beautiful when I weighed 360. She tells me I'm beautiful now that I've lost over 100 pounds.
When my mom looks at me, I see in her eyes that I am still her baby. When she touches my hand sometimes it is like a new mother touching their baby's hand.
I hope when I look at my children ages 21 and 17; I convey the unconditional love my mother has always shown me. I still have all my school made Mother's Day cards from my children when they were in elementry school. I read them and cry. They grow up so fast! I hope one day to show those cards to my grandchildren.
My daughter is 21 and I still hold her face with 2 hands when I kiss her. I hope she will always remember that about me.
What a wonderful way to say how much they (we) mean to the world then Mother's Day.
Pam
