Topic: I gained
I weigh in on the 15th of the month. So I weighed in this AM.
I GAINED 3 lbs!!
I kind of sort of definitely want to cry.
I can't get motivated to stay on track. Nothing works. This is the end, I know I will gain it all back and I hate myself already.
Yeah, I'm pretty bummed.

Topic: RE: Day 15 exercise
I have not posted in over a week, but my baby was in the hospital last week with a horrible stomach virus. He is much better now. Thank God! To catch you up on what has been going on...
Well, I did not exercise for an entire week (the week before last) and I lost about five pounds. Go Figure! I know the exercise will help in the long run and I feel 100% better when I do. I just think that is a little odd. It was probably just time for me to lose again.
Oh well, I began exercising again last Sunday. I walked a fast mile and jogged ½ mile outside. I loved jogging. I forgot how great I feel after running. I was surprised that I was able to run for a ½ mile without stopping. It is a lot easier to jog on a treadmill than it is outside. Our track is on a foothill, so it has lots of hills. My goal is to get up to running two miles a day. I ran again on Monday for close to a mile (only stopped once) and walked a mile as well. The baby got sick on Monday night and I have been by his side since then. I even slept in his baby bed in the hospital. It is the only way that he could be comforted.
Our community held its annual 13 mile yard sale the Saturday before last. As I stated before, I sold all of my FAT GIRL clothes. I made a little over $300. I am going to put wood organizers in my master closet with the money. I wish I could build a house around a closet. I hate clutter and I am on a mission to get rid of every ounce of it out of my life.

Thanks for asking, Lori. He had a horrible stomach virus called rotavirus (spelling?). The pediatrician says it is the equivalent to the same type of stomach viruses that shut entire cruise ships down. He was a sick, sick baby boy. He is a lot better now. He is still a little weak. He doesn't want to walk on the hardwood floors in the house because the IV had to be stuck in his little foot because he was so dehydrated. It's still a little sore. When they are that young it is scary because they can't tell you what is wrong. He is better now and I am very thankful.

Good Afternoon everyone....
Hope all you Mom's had a wonderful day yesterday & a great weekend. The OH regional conference was sooooo informative. I wanted to clone myself so I could participate in all the sessions. I did get to some really great ones though that's for sure. I'll definately be attending again next year. My sister & I are working really hard to get one in Syracuse, NY. Fingers Crossed.
Anyway, how'd everyone do with exercise??? I see a few responses to the recent posts... Let's go girls.... Do we really want this post to dwindle away???? I hope not cause it keeps me honest.
Friday, my sister & I did get about a mile walk in before everything started. Saturday, didn't exercise as we attended the morning sessions & then left for our 6 1/2 hr trip home. Yesterday, nothing again as I was pretty exhausted from our trip & had some running to do.
Today............
weight 189.5
walk: 1 mile (our fallen soldier was brought home this past friday & we went for his military honor moving this morning from the funeral home to the church). It was beautiful. His calling hours are tonight & funeral tomorrow so please keep his family in your prayers. If any of you want to see who I'm talking about go to wixt.com or wktv.com. His name is Eli Parker. They have video.
Have a Great Day
